Cash for Clunkers ended this week - on Maui and everywhere in the U.S. But, it seems like a lot of other places in the U.S. enjoyed the program more than Maui car dealers - and buyers - did.

Shock and Awe! - That's part of what developers and investors are feeling as lenders file suit charging Makena Resort developers with default on a loan payment of nearly $200 million. But - foreclosure doesn't seem like a bad idea. We'll explain.

The Greatest Invention - What do you think the greatest invention of the past half-century is? That question was posed to hundreds who attended the MEDB Ke Alahele Fund educational fundraiser last week - including U.S. Senator Daniel Inouye.
