From It took six years, the tireless efforts of a group of dedicated Hana citizens, who worked hand-in-hand with County and State officials. Then, to add to this improbable miracle, a giant mainland medical organization, Liberty Dialysis, picked up the ball and ran with Hui Laulima O Hana - the many hands working together for Hana. The result: lives will be saved, and the quality of life will be greatly improved starting immediately in Hana and, thanks to the effort, in small communities like Hana across the nation. Maui TV News was privileged to attend the blessing of Hale Pomaika'i, and to bring you this extended coverage.
