HALEAKALA NATIONAL PARK AND 'IAO VALLEY STATE PARK WILL SOON SPORT THE BRIGHT RED AND YELLOW SIGNS - AS WILL KALAUPAPA LOOKOUT AT PALA'AU STATE PARK ON MOLOKA'I.

AND SPEAKING OF HALEAKALA, YOU GO FREE THIS WEEKEND. TOMORROW AND SUNDAY ARE FEE-FREE DAYS AT HALEAKALA. THE IDEA IS ENCOURAGE FOLKS WHO DON'T GO THEIR NEARBY NATIONAL PARKS NEARLY OFTEN ENOUGH. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU WENT TO THE SUMMIT?
