IN DOWNTOWN HONOLULU TODAY THERE WERE EXPLOSIONS AND LOTS OF ACTION. TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY OF FILMING THE 20-10 VERSION OF HAWAII F-0, SET TO DEBUT THIS FALL ON CBS.

TOMORROW ON MAUI, IT WILL BE THE OPPOSITE - VERY QUIET - AS THE COUNTY OBSERVES THE FIRST OF 12 FURLOUGH FRIDAYS. WE'VE GOT THE LIST OF WHAT WILL BE OPEN, CLOSED OR DIFFERENT TOMORROW. YOU'LL FIND THAT ON THE BREAKING NEWS PAGE AT MAUITVNEWS-DOT-COM.

AND THERE WILL BE A NEW EDITION OF MAUI TV NEWS - NOW IN HIGH DEFINITION - AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING LATER TONIGHT AT MAUI TV NEWS DOT COM.
